How to Get a Referral
To see Dr Chiu, you will need a referral from your GP or optometrist. A GP referral is valid for 12 months and an optometrist referral is also valid for 12 months. Simply ask your GP or optometrist to refer you to Dr Alison Chiu. They can send the referral to our clinic directly.
